Our commitments, clearly explained.

Your written scope and applicable terms are agreed before paid work starts.

30-day defect cover

Repair, Build and Transform include 30 days of support for defects in accepted work. Transform cover runs separately from acceptance of each agreed phase.

A defect means accepted work does not meet the agreed scope. Unrelated changes, third-party issues and new requests are assessed separately; extras need an agreed quote. This additional support does not limit statutory rights or remedies.

The full project agreement is supplied with your proposal before paid work starts.

Cancellation and refunds

The initial concept-stage payment is agreed at a minimum of 10%. If you cancel before written concept approval, that initial payment is refunded in full.

After that stage, cancellation is assessed through an itemised account of completed work and reasonable unavoidable losses, less payments already made. Any surplus is refunded; the entire unpaid project price is not automatically earned. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable refunds remain.

Applicable consumer cancellation information is supplied before you enter a paid agreement. Mandatory rights remain.

Clear agreement before we start

We record the scope, price, dependencies, stages and acceptance criteria before work starts. Concept approval is written, not inferred from silence. Further work needs approval of the next stage and payment.

The proposal identifies new deliverable rights and third-party licences. Your domain, data and pre-existing materials remain yours. No blanket satisfaction guarantee is claimed.

Your personalised scope and acceptance criteria are supplied for review before work starts.
