What is the Website Brand Assessment?
The £199 assessment provides written priorities and a recommended-route proposal. Implementation is separate. It is credited once against a project accepted within 30 days of assessment delivery.
What does Repair cover?
The £695–£1,795 guide covers one existing website and its agreed faults, testing and handover. New pages and brand rebuilds are not automatically included; your proposal confirms the price and scope.
What does Build cover?
The £1,195–£2,995 guide is not a price cap. A straightforward Build includes up to five core pages with supplied content, mobile testing, basic SEO and handover, with privacy/cookie pages outside the five-page count and two consolidated design-revision rounds.
What is Transform?
Transform starts from £3,750 for a coordinated brand and digital programme. Naming, identity, website and customer-facing features are included only as recorded in the agreed phased scope.
How do initial payments work?
The initial concept-stage payment is agreed at a minimum of 10%. Before written concept approval, you can cancel for a full refund of that initial payment. Further work requires approval of the next stage and payment.
What if I cancel later?
We provide an itemised account of completed work and reasonable unavoidable losses, less payments already received, and refund any surplus. Applicable statutory rights and remedies remain.
Is express delivery guaranteed?
Express work depends on a clear scope, capacity and ready content/access. The deadline and fee must be agreed; there is no automatic 72-hour promise. The express balance follows inspection and acceptance, before launch/handover.
What does defect support include?
Repair, Build and Transform include 30 days of support for defects in accepted work; Transform is assessed per accepted phase. New requests or unrelated changes are separate. This does not limit statutory rights.
What does Care include?
Care is £199 monthly for one site: agreed routine checks, troubleshooting and 45 minutes of small changes. Extras are quoted. Cadence, response windows and cancellation are confirmed in the Care agreement; Transform Care is tailored.
Who owns the domain and data?
Your domain, data and pre-existing materials remain yours. New deliverable rights, third-party licences, hosting account ownership and transfer arrangements are set out in your proposal. Cloudflare is preferred, not a promise of zero fees or perfect security.
Do you use AI?
AI work defaults to generic, dummy or genuinely anonymised material; protected material needs written authorisation and required processing arrangements.
Can you help bring a business idea online?
We can help with agreed brand direction, naming or identity, and website work. The proposal defines what is included. Company registration, legal or accountancy advice and a business-plan service are not included.
Can we work together outside the UK?
We welcome enquiries from Cyprus, elsewhere in Europe and the US as well as the UK. Remote project scope, communication and availability are agreed before work begins.
